Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day or within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.

Important Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including customs clearance, strikes and weather conditions.

Import Duties and Taxes: All shipments outside the European Union are subject to customs charges and import duties. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient) and are not included in the price paid on our website.

Refusal to Pay: If an order reaches customs in the destination country and the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs charges, causing the parcel to be returned to our brand, the customer will not be entitled to any refund of the purchase amount. In addition, all logistics costs associated with returning the parcel will be invoiced and charged to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
